Data required to provide SARA
Email, order number, licence key, device identifier, computer name, application version, MT5 account number, broker/server name, balance, equity, profit/loss and risk status, open-position/pending-order details, completed trade/deal details including symbol, volume, prices, profit, commission, swap, magic number and trade comment, consent records, security logs and support communications.
SARA never asks for or transmits the customer’s MT5/broker password. Do not send broker passwords to support.
Purposes
Licence activation, fraud and account-sharing prevention, MT5 account limits, software operation, customer support, customer dashboard, remote mobile control, release delivery, security, troubleshooting and—where enabled—server-side market analysis.
Automated market analysis
Numeric market snapshots and risk context may be sent from SARA to our secure API and processed through our configured OpenAI API service. Licence credentials and broker passwords are not included in the model prompt. Trading remains controlled by the customer’s settings and carries substantial risk.
Google, Meta and Microsoft
The Windows desktop application does not embed Google Analytics or Meta Pixel and does not send MT5 trading data to Google or Meta. The public website may use analytics or advertising technologies only under its separate cookie consent and website privacy notice. Microsoft may process Store/download, operating-system or security-signing data under Microsoft’s own terms when the app is distributed through Microsoft services; SARA does not send broker passwords to Microsoft.
Legal basis and consent
Essential licence, security and service processing is necessary to provide the purchased service and protect it. Explicit acknowledgements are recorded for trading-risk terms and required SARA data processing. Marketing email is optional and separate. Transactional licence, security and release emails are not marketing messages.
Sharing
Data may be handled by contracted hosting, email, security, payment/store distribution and AI infrastructure providers only as needed to provide the service. Personal data is not sold.
Retention and rights
Licence and transaction records are retained for the subscription, support, fraud-prevention and legal periods that apply. Expired login links and sessions are removed automatically. You may request access, correction, deletion where legally available, restriction or objection, and may withdraw optional marketing consent from the customer dashboard.
Security
Portal access uses hashed passwords and revocable secure sessions. Password reset links expire after 30 minutes; installer download links remain stable. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
